Search Kinship Narrative

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Search Kinship Narrative window is used to search for or create narratives about the relationship of the child(ren) to others within and outside of the home.  

The window opens when the Kinship Narrative icon is selected on the Detail Safety Assessment or Detail Program Case window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Involved People List Box:

This box lists the persons involved in the CFS Program Case or those involved in the Safety Assessment.

Last:  This column displays the person's last name.

First:  This column displays the person's first name.

Middle Name:  This column displays the person's middle name.

Ext:  This column displays if the person has a name extension.

Select Box:

Select All:  Check this radio button to highlight all persons in the list.

Deselect All:  Check this radio button to remove the highlights from the list.

Subject Area List Box:

This box lists the Subject Area for the Kinship Narratives.

Select Box:

Select All:  Check this radio button to highlight all subject areas in the list.

Deselect All:  Check this radio button to remove the highlights from the list.

Date Range Box:

From:  Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) to begin the search.

To:  Enter the date  (MM-DD-YYYY) to end the search.

ACTION BUTTONS:

 The Search button enables when a person and a subject area have been selected.  Select the button to open the List Kinship Narrative or Kinship Narrative window.
 The New button enables when a person or persons are highlighted in the Involved People list.  Select the button to open the Kinship Narrative window for the addition of a new narrative.
 Select the Clear button to remove any selections on the window.
 Select the Cancel button to close the window without searching.
 Select the help button to view instructions for the active window.
