YLS Assessments tied to the Safety Assessment

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The YLS Assessments tied to the Safety Assessment window is available on the Detail Safety Assessment window using the YLS icon for Safety Assessments that have been ties to a YLS Assessment.

The window displays a list of all the YLS assessments tied to the Safety Assessment.

Highlight a person involved in Assessment line to enable the buttons.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Name:  This field displays the name of the person involved in the YLS Assessment.

Assessment Date:  This field displays the date of the YLS Assessment.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Detail button to open the YLS Assessment Detail window.
	Select the Untie button to remove an incorrect link to the YLS Assessment.
	Select the Close button to close the window and return to the Detail Safety Assessment window.
