List Trust Fund Request

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Trust Fund Request window opens when there is more than one request that meets the search criteria on the Search Trust Fund Request window. The window is used to list all the accounts that meet the search criteria.

The list is sorted by status and status date.

State Ward Trust Fund Account - Overview

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Status: This column displays the current status of the request.

Status Date: This column displays the date of the request status.

Name: This column displays the ward's first and last name.

MM: This column displays the monthly maintenance indicator- if the request is created to set monthly maintenance the indicator will be Y (yes) or N (no).

Begin Date: This column displays the date the monthly maintenance indicator is scheduled to begin.

Description: This column displays the description of the transaction.

Amount: This column displays the amount requested.

Payee: This column displays the payee for the request.

Requested By: This column displays the staff person who initiated the request.

Requested Date: This column displays the original date of the request.

Account Number: This column will only display if the request is approved or paid.

ACTION BUTTONS:

More minus The More Minus button is enabled when the More Plus button has been used. Select it to view previously viewed pages.
More Plus The More Plus button is enabled when there are more pages to be viewed. Select it to view the additional pages.
