Search Provider Matching

  1. On the Main Menu, select the Matching icon Matching.
  2. The Search Provider Matching Window displays.
  3. On the Search Provider Matching Window, use the various criteria to either broaden or narrow the search. The Facility Type and Status fields must always be populated in order to conduct a search.
