List - Detail FCRO Placement

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List - Detail FCRO Placement window is used to add or update the child Placement information. It also displays the Placement history information. The window opens when the FCRO Placement icon Placement is selected on the Detail FCRO Person Tracking or Detail FCRO Review windows or when the Save and Continue icon Save and Continue is selected on the Detail FCRO Contact Informationwindow.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Last: This field displays the last name of the child. If this is a private adoption this field displays the adoption identifier.

First: This field displays the first name of the child. If this is a private adoption this field is blank.

Mode: This field displays the current window mode.

Number of Placements*: Enter the number of Placement's for the child.

Placements this Removal*: Enter the number of Placements since the most recent Removal.

Mom's County*: This field displays the county code and county name for the mother that was entered on the FCRO Relationship window.

Dad's County*: This field displays the county code and county name for the father that was entered on the FCRO Relationship window.

Placement Information List Box:

This box displays a list of the placements. When a line is highlighted the information from that line is displayed below and may be updated or removed.

Type: This column displays the placement type code.

Placement Begin: This column displays the date the placement began.

Placement Closed: This column displays the date the placement ended.

Provider Name: This column displays the name of the placement provider.

Notes: This column displays any notes entered for the placement.

More Minus The More Minus button is enabled when the More Plus button has been used to view additional pages of information. Select it to view the previously viewed pages.
More Plus The More Plus button is enabled when the list has addition pages of information. Select it to view the additional pages.

Placement Group Box:

This box is used to add or update placement information.

Type: Enter the code for the type of placement. This is a mandatory field.

Placement Begin: Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) the placement began. This is a mandatory field. More than one placement can have the same begin date.

Placement Closed: Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) the placement ended if appropriate. More than one placement can have the same closed date, but only one instance can be currently open.

Provider: This field displays the number of the placement provider organization.

Search Select this arrow to open the Search Organization window to find the provider organization number. When selected the number, name, and address will be displayed.
Organization The Organization icon is enabled when an organization number is displayed. Select the icon to open the Detail Organization window for the organization.

Parent: This field displays the system generated ARP number for the parent when the placement is with the parent.

Search Select this arrow to open the Add Person window to find or add a parent. When the parent is found or added the number, name, and address will be displayed.
Person Detail The Person Detail icon is enabled when the person number is displayed. Select the icon to open the Person Detail window for the parent.

Name: This field displays the selected organization or parent's name.

Address: This field displays the selected organization or parent's address.

Provider Notes: Enter information in this area with the provider state and county fields when there is not enough information to document an actual organization or person for the placement.

Provider State: Enter the state code.

Provider County: Enter the county code for the provider.

Closeness to Home: Enter the Closeness to home code.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Add Select the Add button to save new information and move it from the Group Box to the List Box.
Update Select the Update button to save changed information and move it from the Group Box to the List Box..
Remove Select the Remove button to delete a highlighted line from the list. A warning message will display before the delete is final.
