The FCRO Placement Additional Details window is used to document any additional information gathered during a review about the child's placement. . It includes sibling information, medical and education information given to the provider, homestudy and abuse investigation information, and services provided to the foster family.
The information on the window reflects the placement situation at the time of the review and may not be reflective of the current placement.
This window can be opened from either the Detail FCRO Review window or from the save and next icon on the List - Detail FCRO Placement window when processing a review..
When the Copy Review option is selected on the Detail FCRO Review window all fields on this window are populated with the information from the last review except the services to foster family fields. Any of the fields can be updated, deleted, or kept.
Where codes are used, the explanation of the code displays when the window is saved. If an incorrect code is entered the field will turn red and must be corrected.

Last: This field displays the last name of the FCRO child. For private adoptions, this field displays the adoption identifier.
First: This field displays the first name of the FCRO child. For private adoptions, this field is blank.
Mode: The current window mode displays under the Close icon.
Placed with Siblings: Enter the placed with siblings code.
Contact with Siblings: Enter the contact with siblings code.
Homestudy Available: Enter the code to indicate if a homestudy is available.
Medical Records Received: Enter the code to indicate if the child's medical records were given to the foster parent.
Educational Records Received: Enter the code to indicate if the child's education records were given to the foster parent.
Abuse Investigation: Enter the abuse investigation code.
Abuse Investigation Status: Enter the abuse investigation status code.
Abuse Investigation Result: Enter the abuse investigation result code.
Services to Foster Family: Enter the services provided to the foster family codes.
