The Foster Care Review Board Person Review process is used to schedule children to be reviewed by a review board and record detail about the scheduled/held review. Information recorded includes the date reviews are assigned and held, which board and review specialist complete the review, persons providing information, persons invited and attending the review, services provided to the family, child and/or foster family, restraints used in a placement, injuries received in a placement or during a visitation, case plan and permanency objective information, findings from the board and barriers to permanency, and other details recorded during the review.
