The Expenses - History window lists all active expenses owned by a person who is not in a program case or who is closed, denied, or ineligible in all Expert System Program cases. It also lists all closed expenses regardless of the owners program case status or involvement.
To change the information, highlight the row to be changed and use the Action buttons.

LAST NAME: This field displays the last name of the person who is responsible for the expense.
FIRST NAME: This field displays the first name of the person who is responsible for the expense.
DOB: This field displays the person’s date of birth.
AGE: This field displays the person’s current age.
NUMBER: This field displays the person’s unique system generated Agency Related Person number.
Type: This field displays the type of expense.
Dscrptn: This field displays the worker entered description for the expense type.
Amount: This field displays the amount of the expense unless the amount is determined in the budgeting task.
Miles/Days: This field displays the number of miles or days approved for expenses related to expense types Transportation Per Mile or Meals to Obtain Medical Care - Client and Attendant.
Frq: This field displays the frequency of the expense.
Begin Date: This field displays the date the expense frequency began.
End Date: This field displays the date the expense ended.

The Update button enables when a row of expense is highlighted from the list. The Expense window will open where changes can be selected. |

The Reopen button enables when a row of expense that has an end date (a closed expense) is highlighted. The Reopen Expense window will open. |

The Close button enables when the row of expense that is highlighted is a current expense that is owned by a person who is closed, denied, or ineligible in all Expert System program cases or the person is not in a program case. The Close Expense window will open. |

The Delete button enables when a row of expense is highlighted from the list. The Delete Expense window will open. |

|
The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task. |
