Exclusion Disregard Tab

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Exclusion/Disregard tab is used to display any current or past exclusions or disregards that apply to the resource. If there are no exclusions or disregards the window will be blank. Changes are made by highlighting a row and selecting the appropriate action button.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Exclusion Reason List Box:

Exclusion Reason: This column displays the reason for the exclusion and the programs that exclude the resource.

Begin Date: This column displays the date the exclusion became effective.

End Date: This column displays the date the exclusion ends.

Disregard Reason List Box:

Disregard Reason: This column displays the reason for the disregard and the programs that disregard the resource.

Begin Date: This column displays the date the disregard became effective.

End Date: This column displays the date the disregard ends.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Add The Add button is enabled when there are no exclusions or disregards listed or when none are highlighted in the list. Select the Add button to open the Add Exclusion/Disregard Reason window.
Update The Update button is enabled when an open exclusion or disregard row is highlighted. Select the Update button to open the Update Exclusion/ Disregard window.
Reopen The Reopen button is enabled when an end dated exclusion or disregard row is highlighted. Select the Reopen button to open the Reopen Exclusion/ Disregard window.
Close The Close button is enabled when an open exclusion or disregard row is highlighted. Select the Close button to open the Close Exclusion/ Disregard window.
Delete The Delete button is enabled when an exclusion or disregard row is highlighted. Select the Delete button to delete an exclusion or disregard. A Delete confirmation window will open.
Help The Help button displays the help information for the active data collection task.
