Vital Records - New Request

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The New Request tab is used to request certificates of Birth, Death, Marriage, and Divorce.

When Vital Records is opened from the Interface icon on the Person Detail window, or a case person is selected within the Interface Icon prior to opening Vital Records, the New Request tab is available.
