WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Citizenship/Immigration - Current tab lists persons who have current citizenship and /or immigration status information entered in the system.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

LAST NAME: This column displays the last name of master case persons who have citizenship/immigration information in the task.

FIRST NAME: This column displays the first name of master case persons who have citizenship/immigration information in the task.

DOB/EDD: This column displays the person’s date of birth or expected date of delivery for an unborn.

AGE: This column displays the person’s current age.

NUMBER:  This column displays the person's Agency Related Person number.

Citizenship/Immigration Status: This column displays the person's citizenship status or the immigration category assigned by the Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) to a non-US citizen.

Begin Date: This column displays the date that the person's citizenship or immigration status began.

US Entry Date: If the person is a non-citizen, this column displays the date that the individual entered the United States.

Alien Reg Num:  This column displays the person's Alien Registration number.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Add button is enabled when citizenship or immigration information needs to be added.  Select the button to open the Add US Citizenship/Immigration window.
	The Update button is enabled when an immigration status line is highlighted in the list box.  It is used to make needed changes to the information on the Update US Citizenship/Immigration window.
	The Help button will always be enabled. Help will display the help information relating to the data collection task that is active.
