Citizenship/Immigration - Summary

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Citizenship/Immigration - Summary tab is inquiry only, no actions can be taken.

This window displays all citizenship and immigration statuses that have been created on both the Citizenship/Immigration - Current and Citizenship/Immigration - History tabs.

Persons in a current case status are listed first. Persons in closed or denied status are listed next. Persons are listed in order of age ( oldest to youngest).

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

LAST NAME: This column displays the last name of the person.

FIRST NAME: This column displays the first name of the person.

DOB/EDD: This column displays the person’s date of birth or expected date of delivery for an unborn.

AGE: This column displays the person’s current age.

NUMBER:  This column displays the person's Agency Related Person number.

Citizenship/Immigration Status: This column displays the person's citizenship status or the immigration category assigned by the Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) to a non-US citizen.

Begin Date: This column displays the date that the person's citizenship or immigration status began.

End Date:  This column displays the date that the person's previous citizenship or immigration status ended.

US Entry Date: If the person is a non-citizen, this column displays the date that the individual entered the United States.

Alien Reg Num:  This column displays the person's Alien Registration number.

ACTION BUTTONS:

The Help button will always be enabled. Help will display the help information relating to the data collection task that is active.
