Program Case Assignments List Display

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Program Case Assignments List Display pop-up window opens when the Program Case Assignments radio button is selected on the Search Position Assignments window.  It is used to select how the assignments are displayed.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

View By Group Box:

  Master Case: Select this radio button to open the List Position Assignments - Program Case window with the list arranged by Master Case Number.

  Program Case: Select this radio button and from the drop down list select a program type, to open the List Position Assignments - Program Case window with only the type of program case selected.

Program Status: Select this radio button and from the drop down list select a program status, to open the List Position Assignments - Program Case window with only the cases that meet the status selected.

Program Person Assistance: Select this radio button from the drop down list select a type of assistance, to open the List Position Assignments - Program Case window with only the program cases that have at least one member with the assistance code selected.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to open the List Position Assignments - Program Case with a list of program cases that meet the search criteria.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the Search Position Assignments window.
