This is an overview of the window which indicates the Case Person's allergies. This window is accessed by clicking the Allergies button on the Detail Medical Exam window.

Enter Professional Relationships
Case Person: The Case Person for whom the allergies are being documented.
Allergen: The allergen to which the Case Person is allergic.
End Date: The date the Case Person no longer showed signs of being allergic to the allergen.
Reaction: A description of the Case Person's allergic reaction to the allergen.

Click the Add button to add the Allergy information entered in the above fields. |

Click the Update button to update a selected allergy information. |

Click the Delete button to delete a selected allergy information. |
Allergen Group Box:
