This window documents/displays the Case Person's immunizations. This window is accessed by clicking the Immunizations button on the Detail Medical Exam window.

Case Person: The name of the Case Person for whom the Immunization records belong.
Immunization Group Box:
Immunization: A drop down field to select they type of immunization.
Status: The status of the immunization being recorded.
Date Received: The date the immunization was received.
Comments: Additional information regarding the immunization record.

Select an immunization record from the group box to activate this button. The selected information will display in the fields. Update as appropriate and Save. |
