Update Employment First

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Update Employment first window opens when the Update button is selected on the Case Actions - Current tab. It is used to update the Employment First participation status.

If an EF case cannot be updated an error message opens.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Program Case List Box:

This box displays a list of the active Employment First cases in the Master Case.

Last Name: This column displays the EF Program Case Name person's last name.

First name: This column displays the EF Program Case Name person's first name.

Program: This column displays EF as the program.

Program Case Number: This column displays the number assigned to the EF program case.

Person Group Box:

This box displays information about the EF case selected from the Program Case List.

Last Name: This column displays the persons last name.

First Name: This column displays the persons first name.

DOB: This column displays the persons date of birth.

EF Status: This column displays the current status of the Employment First case.

EF Status Reason: This column displays the reason for the current case status.

Participation Status List box:

Select the appropriate Participation status from those in the drop down list.

Participation Reason List Box:

Select the appropriate Participation Status Reason from those listed in the drop down list.

Take action for this month only?

Select the Yes radio button Select the No radio button

Yes: Select the “Yes” radio button if the action is for only one month.
No: Select the “No” radio button if the action is on-going.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Next button is enabled if there is more than one EF case in the list. Select the Next button to move to the next program case.
	The OK button is enabled if the Participation Status and/or Participation Reason is changed. Select this button to save the change.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without saving any changes.
	Select the Help button to open information about this window.
