Case Actions - Current
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Current tab in the Case Actions task lists all the Expert System Program Cases that have been established in this master case for the selected month and the status of each case in the selected month.
The program cases may be expanded to show all program participants, their program(s), and household status’s.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Benefit Month: Open the drop down list to select the benefit month to process. All the case and person information will display as of the selected benefit month. Retroactive Medical cases should select the first month of eligibility.
PC LAST NAME: This column displays the last name of person who is the program case name.
PC FIRST NAME: This column displays the first name of the person who is the program case name.
PROGRAM: This column displays the type of expert system program case.
ASST: This column displays the type of expert system assistance.
PC STATUS: This column displays the status of the program case in the month selected in Benefit Month above.
Mode: This column displays the current mode of the case.
PC NUMBER: This column displays the system assigned program case number.
Last Name: This column displays the last name of the person(s) in the expanded program case.
First Name: This column displays the first name of the person(s) in the expanded program case.
DOB/EDD: This column displays the person’s date of birth or the expected date of delivery for unborns.
Role: This column displays the person’s role in the program case.
Status: This column displays the person’s status in the program case.
Status Reason: This column displays the reason for the person’s status.
HH Status: This column displays the person’s household status.

The Add button is always enabled in active view. Select the icon to add more program cases in the Add Case Actions window. |

Select the Update button to open the Update Employment First window. EF is the only program that uses this button. When the button is selected for another program case a message opens. |

The Close button will enable if there is an active, pending, or spend-down case that can be closed. Select the icon to open the Close Case Actions window. |

The Reopen button will enable in active view if there is a closed or denied case that can be reopened. Select the icon to open the Reopen Case Actions window. A case in ineligible status cannot be reopened. |

The Help button displays the help information for the active task. |
