Calculate Income

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Calculate Income window opens as part of the Budget Process for cases that have current sources of Earned Income, Fluctuating Unearned Income, and/or Self Employment Ledger Income for a participant or financially responsible parent.

The calculation is mandatory if the window opens in the budget process.

The Calculate Income window has three tabs: Earned Income, Fluctuating Unearned Income, and SE Ledger Income.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Title Bar: The title bar displays the Calculate Income title and the benefit month.

Program Case: This box displays the Last and First name of the Program Case Name person, the type of Program Case, and the Program Case Number that is subject to calculation.

ACTION BUTTONS:

OK The OK button enables when the calculate fields have been completed for all income types. The Calculation Change message may appear.
Cancel The Cancel button is always enabled. It is used to close the window without completing the calculation. Budgeting will not continue to process.
Help The Help button is always enabled. It is used to display window specific help.
