The Notice Template window is used to create notices not created in the Expert system. It opens when the New button is selected on the Search Correspondence or List Correspondence windows and Notice Template is selected from the Create Correspondence list.

Enter Notice Information: Specific program notices can also be created using the Actions Drop down option on the Menu Bar. From the "Enter Notice Information" option the following notice templates are available based on the Program cases in the Master Case. Complete the needed notice templates and select OK button. If a notice template is not needed select the Cancel button to move on to the next available notice.
FSP Notice of Missed Interview: Select this option to created the Missed Interview notice for the Food Stamp Program.
Master Case Person(s) Group Box:
This list box lists the persons involved in the Master Case. At least one person must be highlighted from the list to create the notice. The person(s) highlighted in this box determine which program notice templates will be available if the "Enter Notice Information" option is used to create Program Case notices.
Last: This column displays the last name of the Master Case person(s).
First: This column displays the first name of the Master Case person(s).
Sent to Group Box:
This list box displays the persons and organizations in the Program Cases with a notice indicator of "Y". Highlight the person or organization that should receive the notice.
Reason for Action(s) Group Box:
This box is used to type in the reasons for the action(s) being taken. Policy manual references should be included where appropriate.
