Detail Safety Assessment Actions drop down menu

Update Status:  Select this option to change the status of the assessment.  

• If the assessment status is DRAFT, the selection opens the Confirm Save pop-up window asking if the child is unsafe.  If the Assessment is not complete the Status Change Edit Errors message opens.
• If the assessment status is READY FOR REVIEW, the selection opens the Safety Assessment Status Change window.

Unable to Locate:  Select this option to set the conclusion code to unable to locate. It will open the Safety Narrative window .

Tie Intake:  Select this option to open the Search Intake window where the intake can be located.

Untie Intake:   Select this option to open List Intake window.

Tie YLS Assessment:   Select this option to open the YLS Assessment List window.

Untie YLS Assessment:   Select this option to open YLS Assessments tied to Safety Assessment window.

Tie Removal:   Select this option to open List Removal/Placement window.

Untie Removal:   Select this option to open the Removals tied to Safety Assessment window.

Print Safety Assessment:   Select this option to open the Safety Assessment Print Options window.

Print Contact Sheet:  Select this option to open the Print window.

Status History:  Select this option to open the Safety Assessment Status History window.

Safety Plan Override:  Select this option override the need for a Safety Plan to be attached to the Safety Assessment.
