Detail Program Case Actions Drop Down Menu

The following actions may be take from the Actions drop down menu on the Detail Program Case window.   These actions are often also available by selecting a button or icon on the window.

Case Maintenance Actions:

The following actions can be found in the How Do I links below this section.

• Add an eligibility period in order to create Service Authorizations
• Reopen a closed mainframe program case
• Close an active mainframe program case
• Transfer a program case from one local office to another without transferring the entire Master Case  
• Change the person’s role Example: Participant to Financially Responsible in Presumptive Eligibility Program cases

To enable the Employment First options highlight a participant in the Program Case Persons Group Box.

Child Support actions:

• Update Child Support Assignment:  this option is not available.

Food Stamp actions:

• Complete the ABAWD Time-Limited Tracking form FSP-42.  ABAWD Tracking

Public Institution actions:

Select the 4 arrow to view the action options for the Public Institution selection.

• Change the Case Status This is restricted to Central Office personnel of the Medicaid program for Inmates of Public Institutions.

Adult Protective Services actions:

Select the 4 arrow to view the action options for the Adult Protective Services selection.

• APS Investigation

ABAWD Tracking actions:

Select the arrow to view the action options for ABAWD Tracking selection.

 

QRF Tracking actions:

Select the arrow to open the QRF Tracking window from a Medicaid program case.
